A lot of shit happened last year. And awful lot. And I liked it. I figured the best way to summarize the year, however, was with a list of really fucking good movies that came out, as a reminder. These are only movies that I saw, there are more than these. However, these movies, I think, more than justify this year as completely, totally amazing.

Seriously though, look at this list. This list is fuck all amazing. Fifteen amazing fucking movies, all of which I would, or do own, most of which I saw multiple times. Almost none of them are movies I was anticipating or expected to like. Many of them I wasn't even aware were coming out. So I guess that's what I got out of 2009, there were a lot of things I looked forward to, which I waited for with bated breath that ended up sucking, but it's okay, because even though this wasn't the year I was hoping for, it was still amazing, and probably better than I had expected.

Cheers to the future my friends, and if you haven't seen any of these movies, do so immediately. If there's something horribly missing from the list, please tell me so I can start 2010 off really well.

It's the holidays. I am visiting my TRUE HOME and not working on the animation that is due in a couple of weeks. I am also missing L4D2 and wondering when my cats decided that they didn't love me anymore. A week ago I went to the Dethklok concert, which officially makes me cool, and now I've signed up for HELLA classes next semester.

Basics-
Hello my name is Beatrice and I draw things. At least one of these statements is a lie.

Regardless, I have slots open for both sketches and cg pieces pretty much constantly, especially since I need this money to eat now (YAY COLLEGE). My turnaround time for drop-offs is usually within a week, and often times less than that. I only accept paypal because I am lazy. All finished pieces will be digital, you will get the nice, shrunk down version sent to you, and, if you want me to I can email you the huge original canvas. I am open to the idea of some art trades, and may be willing to do things not listed here (paintings and ect) for extra cash.

To order please send me a note if the slots are open with a reference or description of what you would like, and whether or not you'd like the huge version as well. Payment can be sent to my paypal, which I will note you back with, please including your deviantart name somewhere in the title so I know who's sending me money. You can also specify which style you would like, either the realistic or the more anime style. If you don't specify I'll just do what I feel like doing. For realistic ones, as much info about facial structure (size and shape of nose, lips, eyes, cheek bones, ect) would be appreciated so that I actually get a good likeness.

What I will and won't draw-
I will attempt almost anything, but I'm not very good kissing or shmoopy couples (if you have a reference, though, I can usually "make it work"). I can do smallish mech stuff like androids, but would not be a good candidate for gundam style stuff. I will draw fanart if you give me a good ref, but please don't assume I've see the show and know the character and their personality and shit, or you will get a picture of Light with a huge smile on his face skipping through a field of roses while unicorns shit rainbows on him. I can do furries with gusto, although I tend to draw them more towards the human side of the spectrum. I can do some animals, lions and wolves and stuff, and they're at a discount of human price usually. What I won't do? I can't draw hardcore porn. Sorry about that.
